"Just had the best experience switching our home and auto insurance over to State Farm. I spoke with Tiffany and she walked me through our coverage. She made recommendations where we were "undercovered", explaining everything clearly and in detail. We were not only able to improve our coverage, but we're paying so much less than what we were with Liberty. When I emailed to ask a few follow up questions, Tiffany responded immediately and was so kind and professional. I'll never call an 800 number for insurance again!"

"Nicole responded so quickly to my voicemail left fairly late at her office on a Friday afternoon. While most insurance professionals had already started their weekend - Nicole called me and took away my frustration at another insurance company and the way they treated my family - in about 5 min. She reassured me we had done nothing wrong and State Farm had our back. The other company had cancelled our Homeowners - due to their own underwriting mistake. State Farm had us back up and insured in less than 30 min. What a relief!!! I was so grateful for her help - I transferred my family of 4 automotive insurance to her care as well!
